摘要 麝甲状腺滤泡上皮细胞的超微结构,粗面内质网囊泡发达,可直接进入滤泡腔。经微吞饮作用,由胶质小泡将滤泡腔中胶体再摄入滤泡上皮细胞,同溶酶体融合,分解产生甲状腺激素。 The main characteristics or the ultrastructures or musk deer's thyroid follicular epithelial cells are as follows.The vesicles or RER were well developced, some of these vesicles could enter the follicular cavity directly.Through micropinocytois the small particles of colloid in the follicular cavity were resorbed by means of colloid vesicles into follicular epithelial cells,and were fused with lysosomes to be composed in thyroid hormones.
