摘要
中药感冒安对流感病毒有直接抑制作用，５０ｍｇ／ｍｌ浓度作用１小时可完全抑制１００ＥＩＤ（５０）流感病毒感染鸡胚。小鼠灌服感冒安后，腹腔巨噬细胞功能明显增强。此外，在较高浓度时，对金葡萄、乙型链球菌等细菌也有一定抑制作用。
Abstract Ganmaoan could inhibit the influenza Virus A2 and promote the immunity of the body.Mixed with the Ganmaoan(50mg/ml)at the room temperature for one hour,the influenZa Virus A2 completely fsiled to infect checken embryo at the dose of 100EID50.When mice were ginven ganmaoan at the dose of 25g/kg/d for tow days,the peritoneal macrophages were activited.The phagocytic index and the phagocytic rate were higher in tested mice than that in control mice(P<0.01).
