摘要
对于复杂性肾结石的处理,临床上比较困难,本文应用体外冲击波治疗101例复杂性肾结石,取得了较好的疗效。作者认为对于复杂性肾结石的治疗,应先易后难,分次碎石,力争冲击一部分就要彻底粉碎,以防止“石巷”形成。本文提出了在治疗复杂性肾结石过程中,不一定先放置输尿管支架管这一新观点,并介绍了“石巷”形成后的几种治疗方法和措施。
Treatment of complicated renal stones is difficult. One hundred and one cases of complicated renal stones were treated satisfactorily with ESWL, In order to avoid the formation of 'ureteric stone street, by the authors' experience it is recommended to break the stone in piecemeal.
