摘要
概述了我国湿陷性黄土的地理环境、物质成分和工程性质。提出了说明黄土湿陷变形机理的结构学说，阐明了黄土湿陷性质形成发展的五个阶段的理论。
The geographic environment, material composition.and engineering properties of the collapsing loess in China are described in this paper. A structure theory for explain all phenomena and mechanisms of collapsing deformation of loess soils is proposed.according to the regional variations of the microstructure features of loess soils and the climatic conditions in the loess plateau, it can be considered that the formation and development on the collapsibility of loess soils has undergone foly stages.
