摘要
应用稳健性设计技术研究了彩色相纸用乳剂的配方。实践证明,用新配方生产彩纸不仅提高了产品质量的稳定性,而且节约了原材料。到目前为止,已生产了600多万m^2的优质彩色相纸,并节约原材料费用约100万元。
The robust design method was used to develop the prescription of the emulsion for photochromatic paper. In practice,the application of new prescription not only improved the stability of products quality ,but also reduced material consumption. Up to now,more than six million m^2 superior quality photochromatic paper has been produced, and saved material cost about one million yuan (RMB).
