摘要
NS 110型低温钒催化剂以浙江嵊县硅藻土作载体,改变了过去低温催化剂只能用山东硅藻土作载体的状况。应用于硫酸生产过程中将二氧化硫氧化为三氧化硫的反应,可降低起燃温度,提高总转化率。工业使用结果表明其活性好、强度高、寿命长,达国内外同类产品的先进水平。
NS 110 type low temperature vanadium catalyst produced by using ShengXian diatomite which is treated under specific conditions as the carrier,and has changed the situation that the low tem- perature catalyst could only use ShanDong diatomite as the carrier in the past time.This catalyst has ap- plication in the production of sulphuric acid and can be decreased the reaction temperature,raised con- version rate at the stage of low temperature reaction for oxidizing sulphur dioxide into sulphur trioxide. Its performance indexes have been reached to the advanced world level.The results of industrial applica- tion are indicated that the characteristics of NS 110 are high catalystic activity,high strength and long life.
