摘要
在一般的常规磨削中,试件表面常出现残余拉应力,这样将使工件的疲劳强度大大降低,而且在腐蚀的环境中容易腐蚀。如果能获得残余压应力,则其疲劳强度大大提高,抗腐蚀性能会有所改善。本文首次采用局部冷冻方法进行磨削试验,结果表明可使试件获得残余压应力,从而为控制与调整已加上表面残余应力提供一条新的途径。
The residual tensile stress in the surface of ground components usually appears after conventional grinding. It causes the ground components to greatly decrease its fatigue strength and to easily corrode amidst corrosive enviroment. Once the residual compressive stressin the ground surface is acquired, the fatigue strength and corrosion resistant performance of the ground components will be signifcantly improved. In this paper,a first grinding test in partial ice - cold method has been made. Experimental results show that residual compressive stresses in the surface of specimens can be obtained. Thus,a new method for controlling and adjusting the resid-nal stress in the ground surface is presented.
