摘要
本文对含硅量为24~26%的高硅铝合金进行了细化初晶硅和变质共晶硅的研究。所研制出的PS初晶硅细化剂和Pe共晶硅变质剂同时使用,得到初晶硅细化至20~30μm,共晶硅变质成良好的纤维状的双变质效果。工艺稳定,操作简便,无公害。
Refinement of primary silicon crystal and modification of eutectic silicon of silicon aluminum alloys containing 24 - 26% silicon are studied- New primary silicon refining agent Ps and new eutectic silicon modificator Pe have been developed- Simultaneous application of Ps and Pe gave excellent double modification results on such high, silicon aluminum alloys, the primary silicon crystals are refined to 20- 30μm and the eutectic silicon phase is modified to fibrous form- Results are stable and technique is easy to handle- Treatment is pollution- free to the environment.
