Windshear at Low Altitude and Flight Safety

摘要 越来越多的由低空风切变原因造成的飞行事故事实,引起了人们对低空风切变问题的极大关注。了解低空风切变的产生,对飞行的影响与对策,对飞行人员和航管人员来说,具有十分重要的意义。本文试对以上方面作些介绍。由于低空风切变的定义及类型目前有几种说法,作者普查了有关资料,选用“空军飞行试验训练中心研究部”袁连胜的提法,加上自已的分析,较为通俗明确。 More and more air accidents caused by windshear at low altitude has brought to people's much attention to the issue of windshear at low altitude. It' s of great significance for the flight crew and managerial personnel to understand the formation of windshear at low altitude with its impact on flight and counter-measure. The article makes a brief introduction to the above- mentioned aspects.
