摘要
本文运用单克隆抗体Ｄ＿７结合另外一些抗细胞表面抗原的单克隆抗体，通过流式细胞计研究了Ｌｙ－６基因产物之一──Ｌｙ－６Ａ／Ｅ抗原分子在骨髓细胞上的表达，发现１８．０３％的Ｂ＿（２２０）＋细胞表达ＬＹ－６Ａ／Ｅ分子。表达Ｌｙ－６Ａ／Ｅ的Ｔ淋巴细胞（Ｔｈｙ－１￣＋）为２６．２５％。另外．还有少量的粒细胞（２．６９％）和巨噬细胞（２．９４％）表达Ｌｙ－６Ａ／Ｅ。表明Ｌｙ－６Ａ／Ｅ分子不是一种分化抗原，而是广泛存在于不同表型的细胞上。本文还发现骨髓Ｄ＿７＋Ｂ＿（２２０）－细胞群可能代表前Ｂ细胞的表型。
The expression of Ly-6A/E antigen molecules.which are products of Ly-6 gene,on the surface of differ-ent bOne marrow cells were studied by FACs、vith monoclonal anti入少6A/E antibOdy D;and olher monoclonal anti·ceusurface antigen antibodies. The results showed that 18. 03%of B_(220) + cells express Ly-6A/E molecules and the percentageof T lymphocytes which exprese Ly-6A/E molecules is 26. 25%. In addition,a few granular cells(2. 09%)andmacrophages(2. 94%)express Ly-6A/E. It was suggested that Ly-6A/E molecules ate not differentiation antigens butexpressed on the surface of a variety of cells. Our results also showed that the D_7+ B_(220)-cell population in the bone mar-row might be the phenotype of pre-B cells.
