抑瘤素M的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 抑瘤素Ｍ（ＯｎｃｅｅｔａｔｉｎＭ）为最近发现的一种在体外可以抑制多种肿瘤细胞及白血病细胞生长的多肽类细胞因子。与白血病抑制因子（Ｌｅｕｋｅｍｉａｉｎｈｉｂｉｔａｒｙｆａｃｔｏｒ，ＬＩＰ）、粒细胞克隆刺激因子（Ｇ－ＣＳＦ）、白介素－６（ＩＬ－６）等同属一类细胞因子家族，在蛋白结构、基因组成、受体结构及生物学活性等方面具有许多相似之处。本文重点阐述了ＯＳＭ的蛋白结构、受体组成、生物学活性及其作用的分子机制。
