摘要
本文论述了扭杆悬架及扭杆弹簧的优化设计方法。由于扭杆受到的是循环应力,因此设计时考虑了疲劳失效问题;对薄壁扭杆设计时还考虑了扭转失稳问题,这样就使设计更为安全可靠。并用PC—1500计算机绘出了可行设计域及目标函数的等高线,确定出优化解。
This paper expounds a optimum design method of automotive suspension and torsion bar spring. The fatigue failure has been considered as torsion bar spring are subject to periodic forces. The twist instability has been also considered in the design for thin wall tube. Thus, this design is safety and more reliable. Variation diagrams in domains of feasible desi-gn and contour lines of optimization objective functions are drawn by means of PC-1500 computer. Obtaining optimum solution.
