摘要
本文利用Hayman(1954)双列杂交分析法对10个产量性状进行了遗传分析。结果表明,皮棉产量、壳指和种仁率存在上位性效应,单株结铃数、衣分、衣指、子指、不孕子率、黄花率和霜前花率符合加——显遗传模型。显性基因对衣指、子指的作用很小;单株结铃数、衣分、黄花率和霜前花率以加性效应为主,表现为部分显性;不孕子率以显性效应为主,表现为超显性。多数产量性状的显性基因为增效基因。遗传力最高的是衣分和霜前花率。选用衣分高,早熟性好的材料作为杂交亲本,通过早代选择就可有效地改良这两个性状;
The genetics of yield and yield components in glandless cotton were studied in a 5 ×5 diallel crosses involving five glandless cotton varieties.Estimates of genetic parameters fol-lowing Hayman’s method showed that A-D model was fitted for number of boll per plant,lint percent,lint index,seed index,seed percent of nonfertilization, rot seed cotton percentageand prefrost lint percent.The dominant gene action was small for lint index and seed index.The additive gene action was more important than dominant gene action for number of boll perplant, lint percentage,rot seed cotton percent and prefrost lint percent which were inherited asapartial dominant character conditioned by one to two blocks of genes.Seed percent of nonfer-tilization was inherited as a overdominant character conditioned by one or more blocks ofgenes.The correlation analysis between Wr+Vr and Yr indicated that high value was dominantfor most yield components.High heritability for lint percent and prefrost lint percent indicatedthat the variety with higher lint percent or early- maturity could transmit its high value to itsF1,and lint percent and early-maturity of glandless cotton could be improved efficiently.On-ly successive selection was effective for improving number of boll per plant.Zhemian 9 hadmore dominant genes for lint percent and was a good parent for improving yield. Liaomian 11had more dominant genes for prefrost lint percent and number of boll per plant,and was a good parent for increasing early-maturity and number of boll per plant.
