三、数值计算及最小径向力 原理 由于该数学模型比较复杂,数值计算及处理都使用计算机进行。图14是计算机框图。在数值计算中,假设横刃中心,钻头几何中心及旋转中心都不重合并有顶角差的情况下研究钻头几何中心与旋转中心的相对位置对径向力、轴向力及扭矩的影响 假设钻头的几何中心与旋转中心相距一个固定距离S_r,使钻头的几何中心绕旋转中心顺时针转动360°。
In this paper a mathematical model for predicting thrust, torque and unbalance radiol forces as well as the oversize of the hole has been develo-ped when drilling is carried out by asymmetric general purpose twist drills. The first part of the model is based on a general mechanics of cutting approach under the assumption that the drill-dill holder-spindle of dril-ling machine structure is rigid while the second part of the model is under the assumption that every asymmetric drill will adjust itsrotation centre automatically during drilling and finally rotate about an akis where the unbalance radiol forces are min imum despite the initial setting position of the drill. Experimental tests have been run to support this model. It has been found that the agreement between the predictive values of the thrust, torque and the oversize of the hole and the measured ones is good while the agreement between the radiol forces and the measured ones is reasonable, which gives the evidence that this model is reliable for predicting unbalance radiol forces, thrust, torque aad the oversize of the hole for any kind of asymmetric drills used in practice.
