摘要
本文通过所建立的机床颤振的非线性理论模型来研究变速切削。并分析了影响其抑振效果的三个因素:转速变化幅值,频率以及初相角。结果表明,采用非线性模型来研究变速切削是有效的。
Through the nonlinear Theoretical model for machine tool chattering this paper investigates speed change cutting, and analyses the Three Parameters influencing on suppress vibration.That are the amplitude changes of rotation speed frequency, and initial phase angle. The results show that it is usful to investigate the speed change cutting by using the nonlinear model
