摘要
本交通过络经、整经、浆纱工序使用的国内外机型的主要技术特征、工艺性能测试以及在喷气织机上的使用效果对比后认为：喷气织机织造中、高档织物,前织设备必须使用自动络筒机、瑞士本宁格整经机及祖克浆纱机；而对于一般的品种，可用1332M型络筒机（配先进的清纱、捻接装置）、D3－1000型整经机以及GA301型浆纱机就可以满足其工艺要求。
Through a comparative analysis on the primary features , tested technological properties ofimported and home-made winding. warping and sizing machines, as well as their operation effectson air-jet looms, the paper advises a preferential application of automatic winder, Benninger warp-ing machine and Sucker sizing machine for the weaving of medium and high quality products onair-jet 100ms while 1330M winding,fram. (with advanced electronic yarn cleaner and splicer), D3-1000 warping and GA301 sizing machine are recommended for fair average quality products.
