摘要
在实际设计的基础上，从液压系统及控制系统两个方面，讨论了实验压机设计时应考虑的主要因素。液压系统中讨论了压力、速度、调速方式及加热方式的设计原则；控制系统中讨论的重点是控制模型、可编程序控制器及微机控制。
The main consideration on the design of laboratory hot press is de-scribed in regard of both the hydraulic and control system,Parameters,such aspressure,pressing speed,speed control and heating method,are discussed inthe design of hydraulic system. The emphasis in the design of control system is put on the PLC and the computer control technology.
