免疫应答期间大鼠脑内乙酰胆碱酯酶活性的变化 被引量:2

摘要 用绵羊红细胞(SRBc)免疫大鼠,在免疫后第3天至第6天,使用光电比色法检测大鼠海马、下丘脑、丘脑、中脑和脑桥内乙酰胆碱酯酶(AChE)活性的变化。结果表明,海马和下丘脑中AChE活性在免疫后第3天至第6天均显著低于对照组;而丘脑、中脑和脑侨内AChE活性与对照组比较均无明显差异。由此提示:在体液免疫应答期间,海马和下丘脑中AchE活性降低,亦即以上两脑区中乙酰胆碱(ACh)含量可能增加。我们以往的实验说明,中枢ACh可调节体液免疫应答。综合两者结果,可以推测在中枢ACh与免疫之间存在着相互作用。 Rats were immunized with sheep red blood cells(SRBC). On 3~6 days aftet immunization,the changes of acetvlcholinestetase(AChE)activity in the hippocampus.hypothalamus,thalamus.mesencephalon and pons were de-termined by colorimetry. In the hippocampus and hypothalamus, the AChE activity of the rats injected with SRBC wassignificantly lower than that of the animals injected with saline on 3~6 days after injection. However, there were no marked changes of the AChE activity in the thalamus.mesencephalon and pons on 3~6 day,of post-antigen comparedwith that of con trol an imals.The present study indicates the AChE activity in the hippocampus and hypothalamus de-crease during the immune response,therefore suggesting level of acetylcholine(ACh) in the hippocampus and hypothala-mus may increase during the immune response. Our previous experiments showed ACh in the central nervous system maymodulate humoral immune response, Combining the two study results; we infer the interaction exists between ACh in thecentral nervous system and immune reaction.
