摘要
本文介绍HS20系列浆纱机的布局，生产性能，图解显示等。论述了该机的工艺特点如：BS经轴张力控制，AS伸长控制，AC卷取张力控制；SVC浆液粘度和温度控制；SQ压浆压力控制；烘筒温度控制以及供浆、上蜡、回潮、墨印等。认为该机对纱线的增强、保伸、毛羽贴伏、方便操作等许多方面优于国外同类型装纱机，适应细号、高密、宽幅织物的上浆，满足无梭织机高速织造的要求。
Having briefly introduced the arrangement. operation properties and diagrammatic representation of HS20 staple size machine series, the paper mainly studies the technological features of the machine concerning BS warp beam tension. AS extension, winding tension,SVC size viscosity and temperature, SQ squeezing pressure, drying temperature as well as size supply, waxing,inoisture regain, printing, etc. and deems that HS size machine is superior to its rival machines referring yarn strength . elongation. hairiness and operation practice, and that HS20 is very adaptable to sizing of finer count high density broad fabric
