摘要
煤炭转化是富民兴晋的重要途径，炼焦煤资源丰富，焦化技术成熟，深加工增值的经济效益显著，应做为山西煤炭转化的支柱产业。但是，大量土焦的生产则会导致资源浪费、污染加剧，并影响经济效益的提高。从历史发展的趋势和我国的经济政策，都必须加速以机焦代土焦的工作，解决的关键是通过深化改革做好规划，有组织地改造，并从各方筹措资金。
Coal conversion is an important way to dcvelop Shanxi economy.Coking should be firstly seleted in coal conversian as resourceful coking coal,su-ccessful coking technology and be a better economic benefit in Shanxi province.The indigenous coking, however,has to be restricted because of its low conversion,bad efficiency and serious pollution.It is suggested that the solution of this problem is by better planning,gradual replacement with advanced coking technology and avail-able policy.
