摘要
在分析双曲柄式渐开线少齿差行星齿轮传动的基本结构、传动原理和传动比计算公式的基础上,以传动装置体积最小为目标函数,建立起其第一级外啮合齿轮传动及第二级少齿差齿轮传动的传动比最优分配数学模型。用优化设计方法确定了各级齿轮的基本参数,解决了该型传动设计中的一大主要问题。
Based on the basic structure,principle and formulas for double-crank involute planetary gear drive with small tooth number difference, mathematical models are established for optimal distribution of gear ratioes between the first spar gear and secondary gear pair with small tooth number difference. Basic parameters of all gears are determined by optimal design.This is a major problem in design of this transmission.
