摘要
同样是三相电网的“单相接地”，发生于中性点直接接地系统称“单相短路”故障，而发生于中性点绝缘系统叫“接地漏电”故障。本文通过这两种“单相接地故障”的对比分析，着重阐明二者的内在规律及其相异性，进而指出这两种故障监测与保护的不同对策。
The single earth-fault in three phase network earthed neutral is called as single phase short circuit, and that in three phase network insulated to earth is called as leakage fault. The paper emphatically clarifies their inherent law and difference by means of comparative analysis, and then points out their different monitoring counterplot.
