摘要
圆管胶带输送机是竖井提升煤炭的一种新方法。为了保证满负荷提升,必须提高物料的充填密度。为解决这一问题,作者提出了圆管胶带运输机的气力喂谋系统,它包括物料的粗筛分、发送和除尘装置;综合散料力学、流态化和气力输送理论并结合物料的性质,阐述了系统的发送理论和计算方法。为使发送更可靠,系统中还加置了旋转射流的推进装置。实验表明,系统的发送能力比单纯重力发送时提高近一倍。
The circular tube belt conveyor is a new method for hoisting coal in a vertical shaft. To ensure full load hoisting it is necessary to increase the density of the fed material. The authors propose a pneumatic coal feeding system for the conveyor which includes rough sizing, feeding and dedusting equipment. It also describes the feeding principle of material in the system and its calculation method in association with mechanism of bulk material, theory of fluidization and pneumatic transport. To improve reliability a rotary jet is added in the system for feeding. The tests have proved that the feeding ability of this system is about twice of the gravitational method.
