摘要
井巷整体式支护是指竖井井壁和巷道碹体等支护型式。以往人们根据支护愈厚承受地压愈大的传统观念,在深井筒和松软岩层的井巷中,一味增大支护厚度。本文根据围岩与支护共同作用的理论指出:随着支护厚度增加,支护刚度就增大,从而地压也随之加大,导致支护内的应力并不显著降低。因而单纯地增加支护厚度往往是得不偿失的。文中给出了计算支护厚度的弹塑性理论公式,通过计算,编制了几种不同条件下的支护厚度与应力关系曲线,指出其合理支护厚度范围。又按最低支护成本的经济原则推导了最优支护厚度的公式,并用实例加以说明。
The monolithic support for shaft and roadways is lining and masonry. The conventional concept is that the thicker the support, the greater the ground pressure the support can stand. Therefore, people attempt to increase the thickness of support for shafts at great depths and for shaft and roadways in the soft rock. Based on the theory that the surrounding rock and support all contribute to the support of the ground pressure. It points out that the rigidity of support increases with the increase of thickness of the support. Thus, the ground pressure also increases. This leads to unremarkable decrease of stress in the support. Therefore, one will lose more than gain, by simply increasing thickness of the support. The paper gives an elasto-plastic formula for calculating thickness of support. And through iteration the paper establishes support thickness vs stress curves under different conditions, and optimal range of support thickness is given. And a formula for calculation of optimal support thickness is derived in the principle of minimum support cost. Examples were given.
