摘要
对山西煤田的厚煤层机械化采煤方法的应用和选择做了技术经济分析,计算了吨煤费用、单位折算费用和DCF收益率。通过综合评价得出以下结论:在煤层赋存稳定、开采技术条件好的条件下,煤层厚度小于大采高液压支架最大支撑高度时,采用厚煤层大采高采煤方法;煤层厚度为7.0~12.0m时,采用液压支架放顶煤方法,煤层厚度大于大采高液压支架最大支撑高度而小于7.0m时,采用厚煤层倾斜分层综合机械化采煤方法;煤层厚度6.0~7.0m时,这种方法的经济效益接近大采高及液压支架放顶煤采煤方法的相应指标。在煤层地质条件复杂条件下,采用厚煤层倾斜分层高档普通机械化采煤方法。厚煤层滑移支架放顶煤采煤方法应在中小型矿井继续试用。
For selection and application of proper methods for mechanizing mining of thick seams in Shanxi coal field, thechno-economic analysis is made.The cost per ton, unit conversion cost and rate of DCF are calculated. Based on overall evaluation, the following conclusions are drawn: the caving method with high mining height can be applied when occurrence of seam is stable, and the mining condition is good, and when seam thickness is less than the maximum support height of the hydraulic supports; sub-level caving method using hydraulic supports can be introduced when seam thickness is 7.0~12 m; mechanized incline dslicing method can be used, when seam thickness is greater than the maximum supporting height of hydraulic support, but less than 7.0 m. When seam thickness is 6.0~7.0 m, the economic profit of inclined slicing is close to those of caving method with extraction height and sub-level caving method. When the geological conditions of coal seam are complicated, inclined slicing method using hydraulic props can be applied. For medium and small sized coal mines sub-level caving method using hydraulic support with sliding roof bars can be tested further.
