摘要
通过对矿井通风机扩塔的模拟实验研究,考察了扩散塔转角θ对扩散塔阻力的影响、安装导流叶片对扩散塔气动性能的改善、以及扩散塔阻力、出口旋涡区与断面扩大系数n的关系。实验研究结果可供扩散塔的设计和生产矿井扩散塔的减阻工作参考。
Through the simulation and experimental study of the mine fan diff-user,investigation has been made on the effect of the deflection angle θ of the diffuser on its resistance,the improvement of the installation of guide blades to the aerodYnamic performance of the diffuser as well as the relation between the diffuser′s resistance,the swirled area at the outlet and the enlargement coefficient of cross-section. The experimental study results are available for reference in the diffuser design and the resistance reduction of the diffuser in the productive mines.
