摘要
分析了“三电王法”的原理，指出矿井低压网络绝缘电阻ｒ、对地电容ｃ与电源相电压、故障相电压和零序电压的大小有关并符合国图关系。利用绘图程序包、调用相关的命令文件由计算机自动绘制的通用圆图精确、方便、实用。
This paper analyses the principle of three-voltage method and poi-nts out that the insulation resistance r and ground capacitance c of mline low volt-age network are related with the phase voltage V,fault voltage and zelo sequ-ence voltage V_0,which also conforms with the relation of circle diagram. Theuniversal circle diagram which was plotted by a eornputer with the plotting progr-am package and relevant command documents is accurate,convenient and practical
