摘要
本文介绍了耐硫甲烷化中间试验装置,以及采用KD-306催化剂,以水煤气,半水煤气为原料进行甲烷化试验的结果。结果表明,采用循环法工艺,以水煤气为原料,可使CO含量降至20%含量降至20%以下,煤气低热值可增加4.18MJ/m^23。
nstallation and methanation testing results by using water gas,semi-water gas as raw materials and using KD-306 Catalyst are discributed in this paper.It has been found that the gas thermal value can be increased additional 4.18MJ/m ̄3 and contents of CO can be decreased to 20% in condition of using circulating technology and using water gas as raw material.
