摘要
通过能量方程在离心泵叶轮和螺旋泵壳的应用,导出了描述离心泵非稳定工作特性的扬程-流量方程。模拟计算表明,在频率较高时(例如f=2.4Hz时),稳定工作时测试的离心泵特性曲线不适用于描述非稳定工作特性。而用本文建立的公式计算所得结果与实验所测结果比较,在高频时也能较好地相符。
The head capacity characteristics equation which describes the nonstationary operation of centrifugal pumps is found outthrough the application of the energy equation in impeller and spiral case. The resultsof the simulation tests reveal that the generally stationary characteristics curve of acentrifugal pump can not be applied to itsnon-stationary operation especially on higherfrequency. Oil high frequency, the resultsof the simulation calculation are almost thesame as those obtained from the experiments.
