摘要
对身体瘦弱、无病,落水的大熊猫消化系统8种组织器官及1种消化液的LDH、酯酶及过氧化物酶等三种同工酶,进行了凝胶电泳分析,并从基因表达的角度讨论了LDH同工酶的变化.
This paper reports the polyacrylamide gel disc electro phoresis analyses of the LDH isoe-nzyme and isoenzymes of esterase and peroxidae of 8 tissue organs of the digestive system and digestive fluid of the giant panda. The 8 tissue organs are the tongue, oesophagus, stomach, duodenum, colon, rectum, liver and pancreas. The 8 tissues have been studied by disc electro-phoresjs and the results are as follows:1. There are 5 LDH isoenzyme bands in all the 8 tissue organs of the digestive system of giant panda.2. The order of LDH isonezyme activity is LDH5 LDH4 LDH3 LDH2 LDH1 in the tongue, oesophagus stomach, duodenum and rectum. The order of isoenzyme. activity is LDH1 LDH3 LDH4 LDH5 in the pancreas.
