摘要
使用Van de Graff型电子静电加速器,在室温空气中辐照,研究了分子量对聚苯硫醚辐射化学变化的影响,测定了特性粘度[η],凝胶化剂量Dg,由[η]计算出粘均分子量(?)η.又据辐射交联理论公式计算出各交联参数值:单位剂量裂解度a0,单位剂量交联度q0,G交值。并进一步考查其辐射前后热性能,结晶度以及结构的变化.
The effect of molecular weight on the change of radiation chemistry of PPS was studied by use of Van de Graff accelerator at room temperature in air. The gelation dose(Dg) and the intrinsic viscosity [ ] from which the viscosity average molecular weight of PPS was found were determined. In the light of theoretical formula, various crosslinking parameters such as total degree of degradation per unit dose(a), degree of crosslinking per unit dose(qo) and Gx were calculated. The changes of PPS in thermal behaviors, crystallinity and structure before and after irradiation were observed.The results showed that Dg decreased with increasing the molecular weight of PPS. The parameters ao and qo relating to the radiation sensitivity of polymers were very small(10-11-10-12), and decreased with increase of the molecular weigth of PPS. The fact, the ratio ao/qo decreased with increasing the molecular weight, suggested that the reaction of radiation scission weakened more than the radiation crosslinking did. It was indicated that the radiation-resistant behavior of PPS had been improved. It was also found that the Gx value was in line with the reciprocal of the viscosity average molecular weightGx=Gi+A/M
