摘要
报道膀胱原发性恶性黑色素瘤１例，复习文献６例。并对膀胱原发性病变的分类，临床症状及尿道上皮恶性黑色素瘤的组织学起源进行讨论。
A case of primary malignant of the bladder was reported in this paper,and six cases of such diseases from the literature were reviewed as well. The classification of primary lesion of the bladder,the clinical symploms and the possible variants of histogenesis of urothelial melanmas are also disussed.
