摘要
本文报道我院经超声检查的移植肾２２１例，共检出术后合并症９种１４７例次，其中７１例次获得活检、手术及／或病理证实。结实表明：急性排斥（３０例，占１３．６％）、慢性排斥（４６例．２０．８％）、肾周血肿（３２例．１４．５％）、输尿管膀胱吻合口狭窄（７例．３．２％）等是重要的合并症。其中急、慢性排斥是严重的合并症，它们大多数可由超声提示正确诊断。
Abstract transplanted kidneys were examined by us with ultrasound.Among them.1 47 complications followed renal transplantation divided into 9 groups were found.Seventy-one cases of them were proved by needle biopsy.operation.and /or patrolgy.The results showed that acute rejection(thirty cases.13.6%):chronic rejection (forty two cases.20.8%);perirenal hematoma(thirty-two cases.14.5%).anastomotic stenosis of the ureter-bladder(seven cases.3.2% )etc,are important complications. And acute rejection and chronic rejection are best impottant complications. The great majority of them are definited by ultrasound.
