摘要
通过经病理、病原学证实３９例，由临床确诊５例的支气管结核共４４例的多影像学研究，提出Ｘ线、ＣＴ与纤维支气管镜在支气管结核诊断中的作用，分析了各种诊断技术的优缺点，认为综合应用多种检查技术，对提高诊断准确性具有重要意义。
Forty-four bronchial TB were studied by using multiple imaging methods, which confirmed pathologically and/or bacterialogically in 39,only clinical diagnosis in 5 patients. Application of X-ray, CT and bronchoscopy on the diagnosis of bronchial turberculosis was suggested and the features of each diagnostic method were analyzed. The authbrs thought that combined application of multiple imaging technology was essential to increase the accuracy of diagnosis of bronchial tuberculosis.
