摘要
探讨了茎部用药后悬铃木体内久效磷的输导、积累和递减规律及其数学描述,给出茎部环涂久效磷防治悬铃木害虫的具体结果。研究表明,久效磷环涂于悬铃木茎部后,(1)主要在形成层附近的输导组织内输运,(2)在树体内存在双向传导,(3)施药处的含量以指数规律递减,而冠层枝叶的含量则在施药后两周左右达到最大值,然后以近似于指数规律递减,(4)嫩枝叶内的含量明显高于老枝叶,(5)残效期长。防治效果试验表明,茎部环涂久效磷可有效地防治悬铃木刺蛾,并可抑制蛀干害虫的发生,减轻叶片受损程度60—80%。文中得出的结论对进一步研究和推广应用树木茎部施药技术有重要的参考意义。
The paper deals with the translocation,accumulation and attenuation of azodrin inside plane tree following stem brush and their mathematical expression.It is shown that azodrin is used to research on control of pests in plane tree.The following conclusions are drawn:(a)azodrin is transfered in the conductive tissue near the cambium up and down after stem brush;(b)azodrin content in the application site decreases exponentially,and that in the canopy reaches the maximum about two weekes after its application,and then decreases down to zero;(c)more azodrin is contained in the tender branches and leaves than that in the old ones;(d)azodrin has a long life to control pests after stem brush; (e)stem brush of azodrin or its aqueous solution can kill about 95%of slug caterpillar and inhibit the generation of borers in plane tree,and reduce the foliage losses by 60-80%. The conclusion will provide tEe basis for the further study.
