摘要
通过对松香改性苯酚、甲醛树脂制备工艺的研究,树脂产品颜色变深的原因是使用了含胺缩合催化剂;废水中挥发酚含量过高,是苯酚与甲醛的摩尔比过高,致使反应不完全造成。经过对催化剂和苯酚、甲醛摩尔比的选择,得到新的制备工艺。用于工业化生产后证实,产品颜色由12号浅至9号(加纳色号),废水中挥发酚含量由35g·L ̄(-1)降至15.06g·L ̄(-1)。
Manufacturing process of rosin modified phenol formaldehyde resin was studied.It was foundthat the presence of amines used as catalysts in the reaction resulted in deeper colour of resin. In addition,the higher content of free phenol in waste water was due to the incompleted reaction resulted by the ex-ceedingly high molar ratio of phenol to formaldehyde.A new procedure for pro-ducing light-coIoured pro-duct was established as a result of selection of proper amount of catalyst and ratio of phenol to formalde-hyde,In industrial scale experiment with the new process. the colour of resin decreased from grade 12 tograde 9(Gardner),and content of free phenol in waste water droped from 35 g·L ̄(-1) to 15. 06 g·L ̄(-1) onthe basis of previous process.
