摘要
本试验测试了三种连铸结晶器保护渣的主要理化性能,生产对比应用及批量试验结果表明:使用GF-2渣浇铸,与原用LJ-1渣比较能降低铸机拉漏率;提高铸坯一级品率7%~15%;增加对钢水中Al_2O_3夹杂的吸收;减轻浸入式石英水口的侵蚀;降低保护渣单耗,提高铸坯成材率。目前GF-2渣已在一炼钢厂推广使用,获得了显著的经济效益。
ain chemical and physical properties of three different kinds of concaster mould flux have been tested and results from batch scale production and application show that in comparison with the LJ-1 mould flux,use of GF-2 flux in casting will drastically reduce rate of breakout,raise ratio of the first grade slab by 7~15%,promote absorptio,of inclusions Al ̄2O ̄3 in steel,alleviate erosion of im-mersed quarz slide gate,lower consumption of flux,and improve the yield of slabs.
