摘要
通过冷态和热态试验、研究转炉底喷粉剂的输送特性,初步认为:喷粉压力应大于0.5MPa;冶炼过程中不停喷,可通过调整罐压和载气量控制喷粉过程;粉气出口速度应大于300m/s,提高气流速度,有利于减少喷粉过程的脉动。
t is demonstrated through cold and hot state tests on the characteristics of feeding the bottom injectant for the converter that the pressure for powder injection shall exceed 0.5 mpa;the injecting operation proceed continually without interruption and may be controlled by appropriately adjusting the pressure in the injection pot and the volume of carrier gas; the outlet velocity for both gas and powder be maintained at over 300m/s; and an increase in the gas flow velocity will help reduce pulsa-tion over the powder injection.
