摘要
介绍转炉造渣微机监控技术在8t转炉上的应用情况,指出前一炉留渣量、操作水平、铁水装入量、氧枪供氧压力等是影响造渣曲线的主要因素。控制好造渣曲线,可减少或避免炉渣喷溅和返干,有助于实现炼钢标准化操作和提高经济效益。
he present paper described the application of micro-computer monitoring technique in 8t converter slagging,pointing out that the essential factors affecting the slag curve assume to be the retaining slag from the prevlous heat,operating level. hot metal charging amount and oxygen supply pressure for oxygen lance. Effective control of Slag curve will reduce and even prevent slag splashing and heat drying,thus contributing to accomplishment of standardization in steelmaking and improvement in economical efficiency.
