摘要
采前定期对中国樱桃喷CaCl2溶液,采后定期对果实腐烂率、掉梗率、褐变指数及营养成分进行分析和研究。结果表明,采前钙处理能够明显降低果实的腐烂率、掉梗率、褐变指数;并有利于保持果实的营养成分。
The percentages of rot, lost stock, browning index and nutrient compositions of Chinese cherry fruit were analysed and studied stage by stage. The result indicated that the percentages of rot, lost stock and browing index of the fruits with preharvest treatment of calcium were lower than those of contrast fruits. Ca treated is conducive to accumulate sugar protecting Vc against oxidation.
