摘要
通过实验室试验证明了盐浴复合处理工艺的抗盐、碱能力、耐磨性和抗小能量冲击剥落性优于目前煤矿机械中常用的镀硬铬及镀锌磷化涂二硫化钼工艺。此工艺是解决煤矿机械腐蚀与防护的重要手段之一。
This paper deals with some properties of complex salt bath treatment. hard-chromeplating,galvanization-bondrizing plussupttered MoS2. The test results show that wear- resistance, salt corrosion - resistence. alkali corrosion-resistance and anti-low energy multi-impact spalling proPerty of complex salt bathtreatment is much higher than that of hard-chromeplating, galv anization - bondrizing plus supttered MoS2.So the complex salt bath treatment is a good method for resolving the wear and corrosion problems of mining machinery.
