摘要
舒山伊利石矿经调浆-筛分-分级-烘干-细粉碎这一中试流程,即可获得性能较优的填料产品;再经表面改性,得到活性伊利石粉。两种填料在塑料和橡胶上的工业中试证明,普通伊利石粉的性能超过了轻质碳酸钙;活性伊利石粉的性能优于超细活性轻质碳酸钙,接近或达到了炭黑补强剂的性能。
Abstract By through the flowsheet of condition-ing-screening-classifing-drying-pulverizing,illite from shushan,Henan Province,isqualfied for filler.After surface modica-tion, it is transfered into active illite filler.Tests in plastics and rubber sectors haveshown that illitte filler is superior to PCC(precipitated calcium carbonate),and activeillite behaving similiar to carbon black,isbetter than ultrafine active PCC.
