摘要
本文根据Ｋ＋，Ｎａ＋‖Ｃｌ￣－，ＳＯ－Ｈ＿２Ｏ四元相图，在对硫酸钠与氯化钾复分解反应进行分析及理论计算的基础上，提出闭合循环的二步法生产硫酸钾工艺流程。一段转化母液直接蒸发回收副产品氯化钠，无废物排出。根据所拟流程，进行了实验室试验。
Based on the analysis of equi1ibrium phase diagram for the system k￣+,Na+‖cl￣-,SO￣--H_2O and necessary technieal calculation,a economic technology of prOducing potassium sulfate with Na2SOi and KO may be selected-Sodium chloriue was separated from the mother liquid by direct evaporation. The prOducts K_2SO4 and NaCl are prOduced by the technieal process in laboratory。
