摘要
心肌病起病隐袭，多数情况下发病机理和致病原因不明．病程、预后悬殊，本文对１５例住院心肌病患者进行前瞻性回顾并作初步分析，认为其预后与心力衰竭、心律失常和栓塞症有关．
The onset of cardiomyopathy is frequently insidious,the pathogenesis remains obscure in multiple condi- tion. There appeared to be a great difference on the prognosis and process of the disease. This report prospectively analyses 15 cases of admitted cardiomyopathy.The result shows that the prognosis relates to heart failure,arrhythmia and embolism.
