摘要
通过９８例胃癌组织切片弹力纤维的观察，并与９１例胃良性病变组织作对照，发现胃癌组普遍有弹力纤维下同程度的增生，其增生程度与胃癌的组织类型有一定关联。虽然弹力纤维增生也可见于胃的良性病变，但其发生率较胃癌低，且程度也轻，与胃癌组有显著性差异。
Obervations were made on the elastic fibers of tlssue slices of gastric carcinoma in98 cases and of gastric benign disease in 91 cases as control group.The result showedthat the elasticfibers in the gastric carcinoma group had various degree of hyperplasia, which was associated with thetype of the gastric carcinonma tissue. Although the elastic fiter hyperplasia was also seen in gastric be-nign diseaas,its occurence was lower and degree was milder.The diferences between two groupo werevery significant.
