18Cr2Ni4WA钢经1000℃×5h固体渗碳,空冷淬火后,60℃×12h等温处理,发现渗层过渡区中的残余奥氏体区域内有新的等温马氏体,呈规则的角状,不同于这种钢渗碳后常规淬火所得到的片状。
The solid carburization of 18Cr2Ni4WA steel is made at 1000℃×5h andfollowed by air cooling,and then an isothermal treatment is carried out at 60℃×12h.Themetallographic investigation shows that the fresh martensite formed isothermally can bediscovered in the retained austenite region located at the carburized layer transition zone ofthe steel and it takes on the shape of angle and differs from the shape of plate formedfrom the process of carburized and normally quenching.
