离子氮碳共渗层显微组织研究 被引量:4

STUDY ON MICROSTRUCTURE OF ION-NITROCARBURIZING LAYER

摘要 利用透射电子显微术研究了离子氮碳共渗层显微组织。结果表明:ε相可以{111}_γ’为基且以<110>_γ’为轴互成180°旋转孪晶生长。发现存在一种与通常密堆六角孪晶系统不同的ε相生长孪晶。γ’相多以互成180°旋转孪晶形式存在于化合物层中,其旋转轴为<111>_γ’。扩散层中α”相存在两种衍衬效应:即α”相衬度及相界的应变场衬度。 Microstructure of ion-nitrocarburizing layer has been studied by TEM.The results show that the εphases can grow in 180° turning twins each other based on {111}_γ' through < 111>_γ'. There is a kind of ε growing twin With different twin system from that of the normal hcp structure. A lot of γ' phases are in th compound in the way of the 180°turning twin each other. In diffusion layer,there are two different contrast of α' phases──α'phase contrast and strain field contrast of phase boundary.
