The phase transformations of ZnAl27Cu1Mg0.01 alloy during continuous cooling were studied by metallography,hardness measurements and X-ray diffraction.The results prove that β→T’and β+T’→α+ε will take place before the eutectoid reaction. The eutectoid reaction begins below 250℃and ends at about 50℃.With the eutectoid reaction,α、η phase precipitate until below 50℃.
