摘要
对25Mn2V钢低碳马氏体组织形变强化和回火温度对形变强化效果的影响进行了试验研究。通过力学性能测试和显微组织与断口的电镜观测分析,表明为获得强度和塑性的最佳配合,25Mn2V钢马氏体形变强化前宜进行200℃回火,形变后进行150℃回火。
This paper deals with the influence of tempering temperature before and after deformation- hardening on the deformation-hardening result of 25Mn2V steel.It is denoted by the mechanical property test and the observation of microstructure and fracture of the steel with SEM that the desired strength and ductility of the steel are obtained as tempering at 200℃ before defurmation-hardening and tempering at 150℃ after deformation hardening.
