摘要
利用含N、C、S等元素的混合气氛对内燃机车活塞环用Cr-Mo-Cu合金铸铁试样及活塞环工件进行了离子硫氮碳共渗处理;研究了气氛组成、温度及时间等工艺参数对化合物层组织形貌、相组成及厚度的影响。结果表明,通过改变上述工艺参数,能有效地控制化合物层的相组成、厚度及疏松层/白亮层比例,因而可稳定地获得以ε-Fe2-3(N·C)相为主、疏松层/白亮层比例适当的复合化合物层。活塞环经此工艺处理后,宏观和微观质量指标符合技术条件要求,装车运行安全可靠,磨合良好,无拉缸、剥落和断裂现象,耐磨性比铜衬环提高2倍以上。
Ion-sulphonitrocarburizing was carried out on Cr-Mo-Cu alloy cast iron test pieces and piston rings of diesel locomotive engine with the mixed atmosphere contained N,C,S elements and the effect of process parameters such as atmospheric composition,temperature and time on structure morphologies,phase composition and thickness of compound layer were studied. Results show that by changing the above process parameters, phase composition, thickness and ratio of porosity layer/bright layer can be controlled effectively,and thus the complex compound layer of mainly ε-Fe2-3 (N,C) and optimized ratio of porosity layer/bright layer can be steadly obtained. The macro and micro quality indexes of piston rings treated with this process can meet the technical requirements and safely reliable in well running when they are assembled in the engine,with running, no cylinder scratch, spalling or fracture, wear-resistance would be increased over two times than that of copper inserted ring.
